Refund policy

All Sales Are Final. STAT Bar is a food product of On Call Foods LLC. For food-safety reasons we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We never ask you to ship food back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact info@oncallfoods.com within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, and photos of the product and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the affected product. We do not take the food back. Claims after 3 business days of delivery cannot be honored.

We do not replace or refund for change of mind, flavor, taste, or texture, for an incorrect address you provided, for packages marked delivered without supporting evidence, or for carrier delays after the package left us. Third-party retailer purchases follow that retailer’s policy.

Cancellations Contact info@oncallfoods.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
