On Call Foods LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as STAT Energy, operates this Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this Site. STAT Energy bars contain caffeine and botanical ingredients and are intended for healthy adults. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or systems error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

Individual results and experiences vary. Always review the ingredient list and allergen statement before consumption. STAT Energy bars are produced in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, sesame, and other common allergens.

These Terms, together with the Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and On Call Foods LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
