I am a veteran of various nutritional, power, and protein bars over the decades.

The STAT bar, all flavors including chocolate, are fantastic. In addition to a high protein content relative to calories, particularly compared to everything else on the market, it has the caffeine I need, at a reasonable dose, to help me through my day.

I tried the STAT ENERGY BARR in chocolate flavor. I have tried many various energy and protein bars, mostly based on whey protein. They uniformly have an aftertaste that I cannot tolerate, and many are chalky because of the whey protein. Interestingly, and surprisingly, this bar has neither an aftertaste, nor does it taste chalky. In fact, I am not even a huge chocolate fan, but this bar was great. The boost from the caffeine and the fantastic macronutrient profile was a great addition, and I look forward to trying the other flavors as well.

First, being a fitness junkie and very careful with my diet, the macro nutrients in this bar are excellent, and with the addition of the caffeine, outstanding. I, too, am a surgeon, and appreciate all of the benefits of this new bar.

The chocolate is also excellent. Unlike many whey protein bars that are chalky, this is delicious and palatable.
